Joe Frey, PE, Project Manager with the City of Charlotte's Engineering Services Division will give a presentation discussing the Cross Charlotte Trail (XCLT).
Joe is a professional engineer with 23 years of experience on a wide variety of infrastructure and environmental projects throughout the southeastern U.S. For the past 16 years Joe has been with the City of Charlotte Engineering and Property Management Department’s Urban Infrastructure group, where he specializes in projects focused on increasing transportation choices by improving connectivity and safety for pedestrians and cyclists. For the last 5 years he has been a lead project manager on the ambitious Cross Charlotte Trail project. Joe graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo in 1995.
The cost is just $30 for members, $15 for government members, and $35 for non-members who pay or RSVP before September 13, 2019. A $5 surcharge will be added for walk-ins on the day of the event.
