If you paid for a meeting for more than one person, please use the form to the left and let us know the names and member status of everyone that will be attending.
Tournament registrants:
If you registered a team for one of our scholarship tournaments, please let us know everyone's names plus either their handicap (for the golf tournament) or which guage shells they require (for the sporting clay tournament).
