ASHE Carolina Piedmont Scholarship Sponsorship

As part of the American Society of Highway Engineers Carolina Piedmont Section, we are committed to advancing transportation engineering and supporting the next generation of civil engineering professionals.

Each year, our section raises scholarship funds for deserving civil engineering students at University of North Carolina at Charlotte through our annual events, including our golf tournament and educational programming.

We are expanding our corporate sponsorship program to increase our impact — and we invite your firm to partner with us.

Sponsorship Term

Your corporate sponsorship benefits begin upon registration and payment and will extend through June 2027 during this inaugural period.

Following this period, sponsorships will renew annually on a July–June cycle.

Silver Sponsor – $500

  • Logo featured on ASHE website and event signage
  • Recognition during ASHE events
  • One complimentary registration to the Annual Sponsorship Social

Gold Sponsor – $1,000

  • Logo featured on ASHE website, event signage, social media, and monthly newsletter
  • Recognition during ASHE events and promotional materials
  • Two complimentary registrations to the Annual Sponsorship Social
  • Two complimentary registrations for one Lunch & Learn
    (Vouchers may be used for different lunches)

Platinum Sponsor – $1,500+

  • Prominent logo placement on ASHE website, event signage, social media, and monthly newsletter
  • Recognition during ASHE events and promotional materials
  • Four complimentary registrations to the Annual Sponsorship Social
  • Four complimentary registrations for one Lunch & Learn
