Join us for a Lunch & Learn featuring Felix Obregón, PE, Division 10 Engineer, as he provides a State of Division 10 Update.
With over two decades of professional experience at NCDOT and the Charlotte Department of Transportation, Felix brings a wealth of insight into regional transportation infrastructure, permitting, and maintenance. This session is a great opportunity to learn about Division 10 priorities, current projects, and future initiatives that directly impact our communities.
Felix has over 21 years of professional experience with NCDOT and the Charlotte Department of Transportation. In his most recent role as Division 10 Maintenance Engineer, he was responsible for maintaining road infrastructure and permitting for five counties.
He has previously served the department as Mecklenburg County District Engineer, Assistant District Engineer and Division 10 Maintenance Staff Engineer, and held various positions while working for the Charlotte DOT.
Felix has called Mecklenburg County home since 1995. He attended East Mecklenburg High School and played soccer there, and he regularly attends Charlotte FC games. Felix earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UNC-Charlotte in 2003 and his Registered Professional Engineer License in 2010.
Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be available upon request.
The cost is just $30 for members or $40 for non-members who pay or RSVP no later than Friday, October 24, 2025. Please note, no-shows will be billed, no refunds.
