Keith Bryant, P.E., serves as the Manager of the Engineering Services (ES) Division within the Department of General Services for the City of Charlotte. In this role, he oversees a team of more than 30 Program and Project Managers. The ES Division is responsible for providing planning, design, and project management services to execute projects outlined in the City’s Capital Investment Plan (CIP). Collaborating with various stakeholders, the division works to deliver projects that enhance transportation options, improve neighborhoods, and support economic development. Currently, the ES Division manages between 150 and 200 transportation infrastructure projects.

Keith brings more than 23 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He began his career with the City of Charlotte in 2014 as a Project Manager in the Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) Land Development section. Over the years, Keith has held various roles with increasing leadership responsibilities in both General Services and CDOT. Prior to joining the city, he worked in engineering design and project management roles at the West Virginia Department of Transportation’s Division of Highways, as well as at private consulting firms Thrasher Engineering Inc. and Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern (now AECOM).

Keith holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, as well as Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural Engineering Technology from Bluefield State College in West Virginia. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina

Registration is open for the Mid-Atlantic Spring Technical Conference. Our educational day together will begin with our technical speakers and end with an on-site tour of the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute in the afternoon! Up to 6 PDHs will be available to earn.

The cost is just $30 for members or $40 for non-members who pay or RSVP no later than Friday, March 21, 2025. RSVPs made after this date and walk-ins on the day of the event will be charged $40. Please note, no-shows will be billed, no refunds. Lunch will be provided and PDHs will be available upon request.
